Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • 1. Manuscript File (Submitted Separately):
    Complete Manuscript: Ensure the manuscript is complete and follows the journal's formatting requirements:
    Font: Times New Roman, 12-point size, 1.5 line spacing.
    Length:
    Original Research Papers: Up to 8000 words (including tables, figures, and references).
    Review Articles: Up to 10000 words.
    Commentaries and Opinions: Up to 4000 words.
    Structure: Must include Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
    Ensure that no author information is included (including acknowledgments) to ensure impartial peer review. Avoid disclosing any author identity in any part of the manuscript.
  • 2. Submission Declaration File:
    Originality Declaration: Confirm that the manuscript is an original research work and has not been published elsewhere (e.g., in other journals or conferences). Include the sources of all research data to ensure there is no plagiarism or data fabrication.

    Conflict of Interest Declaration: If applicable, the author must declare any potential conflicts of interest related to the research.

    Authorization Declaration: The author must confirm that they have the right to submit the manuscript and have obtained any necessary permissions and approvals (e.g., ethical approval for studies involving humans or animals).
  • 3. Author Biography (Mandatory - Submitted Separately):
    Short Author Biography: A brief biography of the author(s) must be submitted separately, including:
    Author's name, title, affiliation, research area, and email address.
  • 4. Reviewer Recommendations (Mandatory - Submitted Separately):
    Recommended Reviewers: The author must submit a list of 3-5 reviewers with no conflicts of interest. These reviewers should be experts in the field and should not have any direct collaboration or conflict of interest with the authors.
    Reviewer Information:
    Provide the name, title, affiliation, and email address of each suggested reviewer.
    These reviewers will be used during the peer review process to ensure a fair review.
  • 5. References File:
    Format Requirements: References should be formatted according to the journal’s guidelines, typically following APA style. All cited references must be authoritative sources in the field and should be accurately cited in the manuscript, usually requiring DOI.

    Completeness: Ensure that all references are correctly matched to the citations in the text and that no references are omitted.
