JCSIS is a Gold Open Access journal. All published articles are immediately and permanently free to read, download, and share under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license. There are no subscription fees or paywalls for readers.
Authors retain full copyright of their work. To support the operational costs of open-access publishing — including peer review management, typesetting, DOI registration, and long-term digital archiving — a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 300 is charged upon acceptance.
