1. Mandatory Submission Checklist

To comply with the double-blind review policy, you MUST upload four separate files:

FILE 1: Anonymized Manuscript FILE 2: Non-Anonymous Title Page
FILE 3: Suggested Reviewers List FILE 4: Cover Letter & Author Bios

2. Detailed File Specifications

[FILE 1] Anonymized Manuscript (Main Text)

  • Elements: Full Title, Abstract, Keywords, Text, Figures/Tables, and References.
  • Anonymization: STRICTLY REMOVE all author names, institutional affiliations, contact info, acknowledgments, and grant IDs.
  • Format: Microsoft Word (.docx), double-spaced, line numbers enabled.

[FILE 2] Non-Anonymous Title Page & Author Details

  • Details: Full paper title, all authors' full names, institutional affiliations (Department, University, City, Country), and ORCID IDs (if available).
  • Corresponding Author: Clearly marked with a permanent email address and telephone number.

[FILE 3] Suggested Reviewers List (Minimum 3)

  • Requirements: List at least 3 qualified external experts. Provide Name, Affiliation, and Institutional Email.
  • Criteria: Reviewers must have NO conflict of interest (not from the same institution or recent collaborators).

[FILE 4] Cover Letter and Author Bios/CVs

Mandatory Statements in Cover Letter:

"We confirm that neither the manuscript nor any parts of its content are currently under consideration for publication with or published in another journal."

"All authors have approved the manuscript and agree with its submission to JCSIS."

Author Bios: Include a brief biographical sketch (max 150 words) for EVERY author.

3. Formatting: APA 7th Edition Style

All citations and references must strictly follow the APA 7th Edition format:

Journal Article: Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Year). Title of the article. Journal Title, Volume(Issue), page range. DOI: xx.xxxx/xxxxx
Book: Author, A. A. (Year). Title of book (Edition). Publisher.
Webpage: Author, A. A. (Year, Month Day). Title of page. Site Name. URL
